Rebecca Zavacky has been a Realtor for eight years. She originally got her license planning to work part-time, but that plan changed after about ten months. As she puts it, real estate is a hard job to do part-time, and it quickly grew into a full-time career.
That shift from part-time license to full-time professional brought the everyday realities of running a business of one: managing income, staying on top of payroll and accounting, and being ready for tax season. It's the point where the right systems start to matter.
