Lia is a second-generation Real Estate Broker who is passionate about Real Estate and helping people, proudly serving the North Carolina market. Growing up in the business, coupled with 10 relocations for her family across the country- including Puerto Rico, has made Lia sensitive to her clients' needs during the buying/selling process.

Lia has proven customer service skills resulting in a large referral customer clientele specializing in relocation and first-time home buyers. She has been privileged to receive several sales awards in the top 20% of her company over the last 9 years, as well as the Midtown Magazine "Best of the Best Award" for Best Real Estate Agent, 2021 & 2022.  Lia's business focus is on building relationships, earning trust, and getting results!
